Unreliable 1942 RAF watch

An inherited piece (not from the pilot!), was very rough face wise.. so about 10 years ago I had it "redone (face and all..)" by Omega, through local Omega dealer, I've never really worn it since, mainly because it keeps stopping, sometimes in minutes of being wound, sometimes it's good for half a day at best, therefore unreliable.. Of course the shop died in the sad high street decline of the last decade, so I just want to get it running reliably.
In theory it's been through the full works refurb wise.
To whom can/should I send it to try and regain reliability? Any advice appreciated😀

Location info will be very helpful! My watchmaker serviced my old CK2292 and it ran wonderfully afterwards. Happy to send you info

Swiss Time Services or Simon Freese get my my vote. Not the cheapest but will do a good job.
My UK2992 needed some extra adjustment as it was hard to hold back / stop the second hand (as no hacking function)
After 80 years they need proper TLC and knowledge for a service with the correct parts.
