That watch is already at $355, which seems like top of reallistic market for it already so it would seem to be shilled bidding issue to me.
I think the majority of re-listed watches are down to shillers winning their own item rather than flaky buyers. Certainly with vintage Omega. Perhaps the gap is narrower with modern Rolex etc.

Won’t go cheap but I really like these when the facets of the lugs are all intact like that, should clean up quite well.
