Is This Watch On Ebay Legit? 1960 Omega Constellation 18k

I don't plan on bidding on this watch. I'm just trying to educate myself a little. Is this watch legit? I'm unable to find it in the Omega Vintage Database. Does this dial go with this case? The crown looks wrong and the rear of the case looks really polished out.

It's a correct watch except for the crown, but it went 10 rounds with the buffing wheel at some point. Not sure if some movement parts have been replaced either.

On face value it appears a great watch, the problems that Dennis mentioned drastically reduce the interest value for an informed collector.

Crystal not original - too "high" - but that is just nothing compared to the 10 rounds of buffing.
