He hasn’t responded because he is rocking back and forth under the table with the baggie of parts, but they forgot to put the watch in the box.

Sorry all for the teaser! I had to clean up the mess before heading to a meeting (otherwise the 2 year old would have helped). Overall I would say this is a great ending to a very lame story. Very, very, very happy with how it turned out (remember for a while I didn’t know if they even had my watch still). It looks like they changed out every screw, plate, spring, and lever. The entire case, movement holder, pushers, crown, bezel, etc. is new and it looks nothing like what I sent in... but this will be corrected in the coming weeks as I send it off for a readjustment but I’ll likely wear it for a bit as-is. I quickly separated the parts into new bags without staple holes so I could sift out my old hands. I forgot to nab a picture of my old case - but it’s there with my DON and caseback. I usually don’t wear natos, but I had to run and the spring bars were already mounted. Even though only my baseplate survived the service, it’s still nice to wear an actual watch Thanks for following along I had no intentions of this saga dragging on as long as it did. But I’m the end, Omega made it right and that’s what matters.
Awesome - I actually like it with the new case etc! I just read this thread for the first time. Terrible story, but glad it’s worked out well and now you can move on.
