I like both. I have a pie-pan 561 Connie and a 321 Speedie and enjoy wearing them both. Of course the Speedie cost about 4x the Connie ...

Amen to that.............Capable to love both is a bless. Not that good to wallet health, though..............

I blame RJ's blog for getting me into Speedmasters, as much as Chuck Maddox 😀 . But it's really all down to taste - the availability of the information just enables us to indulge our hunger for what was already attractive.

I can appreciate the beauty and craftsmanship of a Grand Luxe on its gold bracelet and they represent the style of the 50's and 60's.
The Speedmaster is one of those rare designs that transcends time. They have remained a constant in the watch world because they are an example of true classic design, looks, performance and most importantly the proportions are all spot on allowing them to be a favorite no matter what the current trends are. And who didn't want to be an Astronaut as a boy 😁

I think its removed from ebay.com because its post to Germany only, its still on ebay.de and no one has bid on it yet .........so still at EUR 9999
