From your screen name I will assume you are from Australia. You can order online. Those in the USA need to go through an Omega Boutique near them.
You watch looks like a very nicely kept example. The polishing is minimal. I would recommend a search for a proper 10-sided (almost impossible to find) or scalloped (much easier to find) crown. The modern replacement is somewhat jarring to my eye. Here is @Hijak's example:

·Your wife did a great job. The scalloped crown is typical for the 14381s, more so IMO than the decagonal. Here's mine:
