And here's the Globemaster version with a two tone textured dial and arrowhead markers. Reference 2652:

New acquisition from @khangct ::psy::::psy::::psy::

Ref 168.005 cal 564* Stainless steel, BoR bracelet dog leg lugs, Pie Pan dial Connie (c. 1967)

Wrote 564 by accident initially due to ongoing excitement! Thx to @Peemacgee for pointing out the typo!

I do hope that’s a typo.

Let me get the watch opened for photography. Cheers

Enclosed please see photos of the Omega 168.005 movement and case back. Watch should be from the year 1969 I guess with serial nos 28961XX; caliber 564.

Damn that case is sharp! And my Connie says hi!

What's with the typos of today's 168.005 owners😟

Just got it back from servicing. Polished but still attractive to me.

Vintage 18k white gold Omega Constellation

Omega stainless Steel Pie pan dial, cal 564

I'm sure you will agree that you have a couple of very unusual watches there @maxbliss888

Do you have any detailed information about them - such as case references and serial numbers?

And much better pictures to see them properly please!

I don't recall seeing a pie pan with diamond markers before, so unique

Since they are so unique I dug a bit about combinations and stumbled onto the original story, so this can be the "tell" part of the photos: https://omegaforums.net/threads/vintage-omega-constellation-arrowhead.123232/

My personal conclusion is that it's always best to seek originality, I personally tried some stuff that is minor compared to these, like different model hands on C-Case's, with each experiment I got to appreciate original choices better and restored everything. Better looks, better contrast, better feeling, higher value

As an example, first tried dauphine hands on this watch:

Dauphine is just very "ugh" with day-date, and the contrast was bad, since the dial is silvered, hard to tell the time

Switched to racing, good contrast, initially liked it, but then started feeling very bad gradually, my conscience wasn't leaving me alone

And this is how an original model looks like, different watch:

Live, experiment and learn

I didn't like baton hands much originally, now I love them, these dials need those large hands and black inlets for contrast

I had completely forgotten about that thread.

According to that thread , I thought @maxbliss888 had returned the arrowhead ‘168.010’?

As for the diamond dialled watch - I don’t recognise the case style at all - so would very much like to know the case reference.

Looks like a Seamaster case to me, something like a 14350

I looked in AJTT but couldn’t find anything but I think you’ve cracked it there 👍
