The seller managed to open it up!

Original asking was USD 8.900 but seller takes no risk on leaving a penny on the table: asking is now USD 30k. IMHO the value of this one: very rare but in mediocre condition will be more like USD 4-5k

It's always nice if you can - sort of - proof your own theory 😀 Serial is 1.076.739 so it perfectly fits.
Some thoughts on these 5 digit pocket chrono's. I now have recorded 9 of them. Both the movement and serial numbers tanknumber suggest a batch of 180 pieces in total. I played a bit with the serials and I think the production must have been something along these lines:

KSR means known survivor rate.

Bit of advancing insight on this matter. I now think production will have been something along these lines:

Ref 22551 is unknown (as in: I made up this number) but I missed info in the picture of this watch - which has the highest known serial (#806): the hook is different than the ones of 48/49/50... The starting of 652 is not 100% solid but it must be somewhere around that number because .649 is not a pocket chrono

Would this be worth much?
Double signed with Türler. But some small dial damage and caseback pretty scratched up.
I'm not really into pocket watch, but this one caught my eye.

These are on Ebay all the time and are lucky to sell for around $150-200. Türler on the dial makes it more interesting but that is neutralised slightly by the damage. You might find a loose NOS dial but not with the magic "T" on it.

Following the 12 epiphany I updated my table. I now think 156 were made. Intruiging fact: the TN based on the serials is 146 and based on the movement serials 166. The average of this is obviously: 156 😎
