I would have put in a bid if it had been in steel.

One of the hands is a replacement, unfortunately.

 

Just for my learning, do you think the chronograph second hand is replaced because it runs pass the techymeter ring?

 

Oh I see! Thanks! Yes they are of two different styles. I agree with you: the hour hand looks more likely the replacement than the minute hand.

 

Right - I can't say with any confidence whether the chronograph seconds hand is a replacement. I'd have to see other examples. It is possible, since it does pass the marker.

The hour hand is indeed what I was talking about.
