Something you definitely dont see often. 2915-1 popped up on eBay for sale yesterday. Looking at SM101, serial looks to be out of range (1497xxxx), but who knows with watches so rare. Price up to $60K already. Seller only has 10 feedback, so it will be interesting to see how this works out. Not sure seller has any idea what it is they are selling either

Very dodgy indeed. I think this has been seen before. Not to be trusted, there is a lot wrong here.

From the listing,
"
Ihad been collection this watch as this condition, and then
I AM ALSOOFFER THIS ITEM LISTING "Sold As Is"

Confidence inspiring.

Their other listings (two redialed moon phase) and the one in the feedback (Ulysse Nardin that sold for $345) are unusual too for various reasons. The backgrounds of the watches all seem to match however so it seems to actually be in hand.

Yeah, I did quick reverse image search and nothing came back, so it looks like pics werent stolen from someone else. And that text is cringe worthy for sure haha

A lot of aspects look wrong there and not just in the sense that incorrect parts were used at a service.

Come on guys, the dial is a joke, wouldn't spend one second more time to find out if it's authentic or not from here on already. Look at the font, the short indices, then the pushers...oops,extra second spend. Who the hell would have bid up to 60k except for the sellers alter ego, Mr. Shill?

The applied logo was applied by someone who has centralist issues 😜 or was loaded on the day 😁

Hmmm very strange. When did the auction showed up on eBay?

The same watch did also pop up on EBay Kleinanzeigen, with a few more photos. I will add them below.

I’ve chatted with the owner of the listing, he told me the watch was an “attic found”. 20 minutes later he took out the advertisement with the statement that he was overwhelmed with the amounts offered to him 🤦
