·Good point. Everything is possible. This watch has a service movement, dial, hands, crystal and crown.
But I believe that the case is completely original.
The bezel bracket is too small for a 2998 or 105.003 case, but just right for a 2915. And the pushers look matching as well.

·The caseback is the best part.
The mid case is quite polished. All the hard parts are missing, all of them, from the movement, dial, hands even the crown is wrong.
It’s like wearing Abraham Lincoln’s stove pipe hat and thinking that makes you Abraham Lincoln.
