Sorry, I think this is an old logo of the Egged bus company in Israel. It’s the name of the company in Hebrew letters (אגד), which you read right-to-left. Here’s a slightly different version on an old bus ticket (from https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/113755134524):

I don’t think there’s any connection between the Egged logo and the original one.
