Refit my SM 300 166024 with a screw down crown

Hello folks,

i have an old Semaster 300 Big T in my collection on which a normal push down crown is installed. I would now like to install a screw down crown to make the watch more suitable for everyday use.

I once looked for an offer on eBay. Is that the right crown? Do I need anything else or could I give this crown with my watch to the watchmaker for conversion?

I'm pretty sure you would also need a new case tube for the new crown to screw into. Check out this thread: https://omegaforums.net/threads/ome...024-transition-to-screwed-crown-or-not.85511/

Yes, correct crown. Offer $10 more for the tube. They have that as well. They are good to deal with
