The watch you refer to is 168.006 (deluxe constellation) and is nice but IMHO the bottom lugs are more than a little soft.
Regarding the seller, you have to review each watch on its own merits but Alex has some great watches and provides a good service. (from personal experience)
This one goes off in 4 hours, simple Geneve 131.019 Cal 601 but with one of the more interesting arabic dials, very cheap atm, I’d try to get it in the $300s
