looks like obvious redial. This thread is for experienced mods to recommend listings for new members (not the other way around)
My apologies - I've clearly got a lot to learn.

Just so I can learn from this one - what about it indicates obvious redial?

Hi no problem. font is wrong and too close to Omega symbol. Crosshairs too thick. Minute markers irregular
Stick around follow this and other discussion threads and you will develop eye for legit and fake examples
Read “Learn how to fish” thread at top of vintage section.
research references you like here and google photos become familiar with how they should look. Ask before buying. Welcome to OF!

This one is already too rich for my blood at $4500 but it will be very interesting to see where it ends in 24 hours

This is nice but I'm keeping my dry powder for a pie pan dogleg gold version. Any opinion on this seller's other listing (Constellation Pie Pan dogleg 18k case and dial)? Going off in 8+ days but I'm really interested in it already. I've seen this seller's listing recommended several times.

I may regret this as I’m a bit of a fiend for these but I’m not really looking to pick up another watch this year. Even if it is for a decent price. Here’s a nice one for any of you looking for a double signed 166.028 / 168.022 Seamaster with an orange second hand.

Worth noting there is some damage to that dial, it’s still a wearable piece but it’s noticeable

This is a really nice 9KT gold Geneve cal 601 presentation watch with box and papers, and one of the most nicely done caseback engravings I’ve seen

@Zman4eva - best to start a new thread asking about a specific watch (preferably with pics and link) as this thread is for recommendations.
The watch you refer to is 168.006 (deluxe constellation) and is nice but IMHO the bottom lugs are more than a little soft.
Regarding the seller, you have to review each watch on its own merits but Alex has some great watches and provides a good service. (from personal experience)
