Just to follow up the majority of watches I post are for people who are relatively new or learning and want their first good watch to wear without spending too much, I try to keep them under $1k if possible, I try to make them daily wearable which means reliable movements, decent water resistance, durability and condition. It tends to mean more 60s / 70s than 50s even though there are some amazing 50s Omegas just because WR is far better in later decades as is condition on average. I sort of think back to when I was a teenager who loved watches but didn’t have the money and wanted something good to wear. Then I do also put significant or cool collector or oddball or different pieces here too but only if they’re going no reserve and there’s a chance of a deal and if they’re good condition.

This is really nice, Geneve Calibre 613 in gold-plate with the original finish in excellent condition, looks like it genuinely has barely been used.

Cal 565 Seamaster Cosmic in steel on brick bracelet ending in 20 hours, don’t go too high with this one but still nice to have the bracelet included.

Seamaster Jumbo “sparkle” Chronometer in steel, very nice condition, very sharp, won’t go cheap but very worth owning.

“Gains 5 minutes per hour”? This could mean it needs more than just a cleaning.

Yea certainly would need a service but that case is nice enough that I’d be happy to spend what is needed on the movement side. Given dial condition I doubt there’s water intrusion or any big issues like that, could even be magnetised a bit.

Nice watch (terrible photos...), but does look like seller won't export from USA unfortunately.

Maybe the seller put the wrong battery in? Could be an easy fix? 😀

Constellation C-Case Cal 564 in steel, nice condition with a sharp case and nice bezel

That is a nice looking watch and I knew it looked familiar (all the spots on the dial match):

This member bought it and returned it because it "didn't seem to work." So, like any vintage watch purchase, despite the seller stating it works perfectly fine, factor in a service cost in addition to purchase price.

I though it looked familiar and scrolled through my ‘Watched - Ended', but couldn’t find it. So, well spotted (no pun intended).

166.155 Omega DeVille with UFO style case, 38mm so quite large, with Cal 1481 and on bracelet. Quite cheap at 250 quid with no bids. I’m writing about these atm so should have an article finished before long.
