··Ash @ ΩFJust to follow up the majority of watches I post are for people who are relatively new or learning and want their first good watch to wear without spending too much, I try to keep them under $1k if possible, I try to make them daily wearable which means reliable movements, decent water resistance, durability and condition. It tends to mean more 60s / 70s than 50s even though there are some amazing 50s Omegas just because WR is far better in later decades as is condition on average. I sort of think back to when I was a teenager who loved watches but didn’t have the money and wanted something good to wear. Then I do also put significant or cool collector or oddball or different pieces here too but only if they’re going no reserve and there’s a chance of a deal and if they’re good condition.
