If I did have dealings with them, I might have concluded that they are a dealer that puts no small amount of work into marketing and making the experience seem special. But unfortunately that is all for nothing when the actual product is not good. The irony might have been that if they had spent £200 on actually servicing the watch like they claimed I would have been massively delighted with it. I would probably have bought others.
