3570.50, with tritium dial if you want to get "into it"
Sapphire crystal models if you just want the easiest one to live with.

the whole system is broken and its the fault of the watch companies. Don't blame the customer for gaming it to save $

I had a diatribe typed out, and realized if you don't see the path this is going down it's not ever going to sink in. Long story short: pretty soon there will be no brick & mortar stores for people to look at merchandise before they buy it if people don't support the brick & mortar stores by giving them business.

"Professional Moonwatch" engraving ... Is this only on 2018s?
Always thought the caseback [for the .005 and .006] simply read "Flight qualified for NASA..etc" around the center...that's what mine reads...where/when did the "professional moonwatch" get placed around the outer edge?

So long as people like buying from people, I believe there will be brick and mortar stores. They will certainly be reduced in numbers, but having a “try on and buy right now” presence is a tremendous differentiator. That’s not going away in the immediate future.

You want to take a look at our town centre....apart from Pound shops and of course Primark, its tumbleweed town!

In downtown Toronto where I live, the malls are getting grander and the stores larger and more ornate.

People still like going out and buying things at malls, but only the strong and large will survive in the retail sphere.

For me the choice was easy one. I got new 311...005 PRO for 3,1k € and although it does not have lovely aged tritium, love it. No worries about previous history (service, correct parts etc). Just wear it daily and enjoy.
Only dilemma was FOIS or not.

Ditto; my exact thought process as well. Was tempted by FOIS, tried them both on, then decided on the new Pro (in the flesh is so different to online and brochures). It’s coming up to its first birthday, I’ve worn it practically every day. No regrets!

Like all lefties I am very capable of adapting to a world that just wasn't meant for us. I don't forsee any problems using the watch.
As a leftie I always get asked why I wear my watch on my left wrist and I say because I like it that way

How about a moonphase moonwatch?

The moonphase speedy is gorgeous, but I don’t think I would that much. I’d rather have a vintage speedy or a new speedy AND seamaster for the price of a moonphase.
