That meteorite dial is the worse thing I have seen from any watch company since eighties....I have seen meteorite dial watches available on etsy.....
I may consider the panda 2998 .... 5k is reasonable price.... I just it was not blue but a true black white... Blue is my favorite color so I don't mind

No updates to the cal. 2500 Bond divers. I wonder if they'll be phased out? Three diver families seems enough.

I heard from a fairly reliable source that the Cal.2500 in the Diver 300M will be replaced in the next 12-18mos by a yet-to-be seen, single-barrel, anti-magnetic movement.

Addendum: this new movement will be small enough to fit inside both the 41mm and 36.25mm cases, which will probably preclude the appearance of a transparent caseback.

Couldn't agree with you more. Looks like something Swatch would do in the 80's 😉 I would have considered the Orange and Black Seamaster, but case it too big for my taste. Will keep my Seamaster 2500D.

I could be wrong (it happens a lot!), but my guess would be that Omega will save those for last in terms of the update to the whole Seamaster line. I don't think they will be discontinued - they are iconic, and they arguably lifted the company's fortunes in a huge way in the '90s with the Bond connection. The Diver 300M was last updated in 2012, so it's still fairly recent.

I think we should see an updated version in a couple of years: Master Chronometer caliber, sapphire caseback, Liquidmetal, and microadjustable clasp. Probably somewhere in the $5500-6000 range by then. Just a guess.

Well Sh*^%.

Another win for Swatch designers and another loss for Omega lovers.

I can't really see any of these except the blue panda being worn. The meteorite looks like it crashed into earth right on a field or manure, the globe master is something someone may want to add to the next Dr Who, the moon phase I can respect more but it's too big and too busy ( although I would have to see it in person). The orange or half orange PO I sort of understand but it's a little too.... Too... Something. I feel like my micro ceramic stove is telling me it's ready to cook. The blue panda I welcome. It's not that it's great, but it's simple in its novelty and you can line it up with other watches and believe it belongs there, or even believe it's been there already for years or decades, in that sense it's classic and yet fresh.

... And now I can look at my LMLE with confidence and say to it " you still got it babe, you still got it. Still number 1"

I suppose it will go back up in price as the only Liquidmetal made where the watch came first and the innovation next.

[emoji14] Hi @Riviera Paradise

You are now only just falling in Love with the Moonphase Chronograph ? Really [emoji1] I already knew from Day 1 you had the Hots for Her because the Tell Tale Signs of Love [emoji173] in the Air were already there. Of course it wasnt exactly Love at First Sight but you just couldnt get her off your mind after your 1st encounter. So now you're gonna do the dance with Her ...you Naughty Man [emoji1] [emoji1] [emoji14] [emoji12] . Dress Her in Black Riviera[emoji12]

All in Good Fun but Riviera are you sure you're comfortable with her height ?
I estimate she's all 17.25 mm high !

Oh you were saying something the PO 600m chocolate dial sedna gold 39 mm
That's for the ladies My Dear Riviera. You could submit an objection but it will be over-ruled by the Neutrals

None make my list. But I imagine it would be really fun to shop for a speedy meteorite; every dial unique, line up a few, pick your fav.

Remember that time when Speediorite referred to one particular watch?

Anyone seen this?

I'm guessing it's solid platinum judging by the very low series count.

Addendum: which would put it in $40k+ territory.

The grey PO looks nice
The GMT: much better than IWC
The Blue Panda : remove the blue strap, put a brown and it makes a totally different watch. Good!
The Globemaster Annual : fire the trainee ! The worst ever dial made by any brand
The Speedies Moon Phase : OK ok .....
The Gstorite : pics are not good (I hope) ...
The Sedna Gold / Chocolate : I love it!

OMG !!!!!!
The trainee who designed the Globemaster AC is still there. They gave him a second chance and he screw it up again.....
Red Moon Rising!!!!
May be the new design center of Omega is in Colorado and they use new ways of being innovative.
Stop smoking guys!!!!!

Only the blue panda works for me. Would buy that one sight unseen (used of course). I do like the blue moonphase, but would want to see it first.

The others just don't do anything for me.

By the way, the PO is still too thick and they have yet to have the Ti Ploprofs from last year make it to the OBs.
