I strangely couldn't find any topic on the subject in spite of my searches.

What are you guys looking forward to discover particularly ? Any idea of what's going to be released ?

I'm pretty excited to see what is going to come up. I'm lurking on the BB58 and think/hope it will be declined on other colors. Some rumors are going on that a Submariner should be released but I think it would be weird.
However this was hidden in the Tudor's happy new year 2019 video, which is confusing even if it looks more like an amateur photoshop than official Tudor communication.

    Hi,
I think the vintage sub in your print screen was the inspiration for Black Bay, and I therefore does not think it means anything in terms of new modells in 2019. I dont think they will make a submariner - hence the Black Bay is their (Tudor) Submariner Homage. To make one more seems strange?

I think they will milk the BB58 sucess as much as they can so we will probably see blue and red BB58? Maybe also steel and GMT?

I hope they will release a new Pelagos in a 39-40mm steel case. That would be really interesting imho. Dont think they will though... :(

I agree re the different colours of 58. I just can’t see a gmt version however. it would destroy sales of a watch with a waitlist.

It’s much the same as why they probably won’t release a sub as it would kill 58 sales.

I personally would love to see something in the BB case with a fluted bezel - sort of a Tudor sky dweller, bit it’s difficult to see what they will do aside from changes to the 58. Maybe as above the pelagos will get a change.....

To my knowledge this model never existed with a red bezel ? Why would they Photoshop a red bezel on a regular old Tudor sub ?
Not saying they will release one, that wouldn't make much sense to me, as you said it would be too close to the 58.

I think we'll have to wait one or two years to see the GMT 58, I guess juste a blue and red 58 for this year ?

Tudor published that on Instagram, I wonder what it is, once again it looks like an ugly Photoshop.

They now have the smaller movement in the 58, and at present only in the 58 therefore I think we are going to see that (and similar case size) in their line up. I would not rule out the sub, which would undoubtedly cannibalize their other products but it would put them in niche where not many play. Cracking US and Far East markets would be their goal and the Rolex Heritage and Submariner name would go a long way to do that.

So while the smart money is on 58s and Pelegos model in 40ish sizes I would not rule out a break from heritage line and some modern subs.

    Not long to wait now!!

@ANALOGUE I wasn't aware of this prototype. So you think they took this red bezel and showed it on black dial model in order to show the inspiration for the BB burgundy ?

I'm hoping the go in a bit of a different direction...

    BB Regatta ⛵️

Tudor version of the Yachtmaster II. Countdown timer and such.

I'd prefer a cleaner Tudor Advisor as I love what the watch is, but it's case is too thick, and it has too much BS on its dial. A Memovox or Marvin Alarm sort of clean dial on it would separate me and my money. But Tudor won't stop focusing on the BB line up for a long time yet. Nevertheless, look fwd to seeing what they put out.

Maybe time to ditch the old, chunky cased Black Bay in favor for the 58 size?

Looks like it. On Instagram they say:

“The beautiful burgundy color on this 90’s prototype resulted in the bezel tone of the #BlackBay and Black Bay GMT”

That would be cool but I don't really think they gonna release that. Hopefully I'm wrong !

I'd be all over the 58 GMT yet, pretty sure my friend (AD) would give me a heads up.

I’m expecting new colors for the 58, not blue and red, I think maybe one of the two.

Also a new pelagos color, or GMT.

As long as green does not make it out I’m ok. (I have Tudor Harrods coming next week)

    My take:

    1-2 new BB58 colours
    1 new GMT colour set.
Either a full new diver (Submariner) or a new dial design on the 58.

No new standard BB and no BB58 GMT as the movement doesn't exist.

I've got my fingers crossed for a blue bezel, blue dial snowflake hands, square indices in a 58 case

I think anything with a blue dial and pleasant sized case (read black Bay 58) will make me consider dipping into the modern market as I am on the lookout for a modern piece.

I'd be very attempted to get one if they come in at 38mm.
