I think it鈥檚 a reference to the domed Crystal being very reflective in certain lights
It's completely reflective in all but the most optimal lighting conditions. I had mine for a week before I just couldn't stand it anymore and traded it for a JLC (Geophysic 1958, a new favorite 馃榾 )

路Within seconds. Just rotate your wrist a bit till there鈥檚 no more reflection.
Hmm - in a full week of ownership, wearing inside and outside, I could only get the lighting right for 1 or 2 sec at a time. Couldn't even read it properly much less take a photo. Your home must have excellent lighting 馃槣

路You know, what I will say is that as pissed off as I am about the way Omega handled a $9000 Seamaster 300M, I've decided that even though the NTTD isn't for me I think I really want one of the regular non-domed sapphire versions. I want one with no-date though; I'd have loved to buy that Swiss Army one but it's not available. So even though the crystal sucked, it still made a positive impression on me 馃榾

路One day it will surely be. Most likely, having in mind the delay of releasing NTTD, that won鈥檛 happen earlier than a year after official release takes place!
