Maybe you didn't read what I wrote. I used the photo of the casino royale model to illustrate the dial design of the new model only.

The new model has the same spiral design but in black, and gold hands/indices.

That’s not a new model at all

Did it have the 007 on the dial too? I find that cringe. Best bond imo was the 50th with the bullet on the back

My local ob says there will be 2 versions one exactly the same as the one he wears in the film

The photo was too fuzzy to make out the smaller details unfortunately.

I heard the same thing. The one he wears in the film will be offered near film release and will not be a limited edition. As strap-works stated the limited will be black dialed and have the spiral dial design and be released first. At least that is what the OB here stated.

Wonder why they would do LE screen worn on Spectre then move away from that format? Makes more sense to go that direction going forward

I have also been told by an OB that their will be two Bond watches, one this year and one next nearer the film release.

It’s gonna have a built-in laser beam and executive suite parachute.
Sign me up for a Q developed Omega, you can keep the LEs.

Good question - and don’t really know. I was told that this was to go back to the Bond roots that basically anyone can get the watch worn in the film (minus all the Q extras). We shall see how it all pans out.

I wish Omega would make all the Seamaster display backs like this with the Hippocampus.
I wish and hope not!

I am happy, as it looks I will be able to spend these 6.5 k for something meaningful!

Guess I'm waiting for the screen-worn one, as I'd imagine most here are.
