Couldn't resist trying it on this one which I think fits a lot better due to the slimmer case

This bracelet looks really good on the Seamaster. Do the edges of the tubes that enclose the spring bars scratch at the inside surface of the lugs?

It seams the Milanese is making a comeback. And I'm definitely on board with it as I really like the modern retro look in both fashion and watches. Looking to get one for an incoming 2254 of mine. I also typically like anything 007 does hahaha

Word from local OB is that first Bond watch will be announced within the coming days on Instagram. A second one will be announced later.

I wish Omega would make all the Seamaster display backs like this with the Hippocampus.

Was told the first Bond Limited Edition would be 7,007 pieces. The titanium, tantalum and sedna version says 2500 pieces. I'm guessing that's not it?

Bond watches and Apollo LE watches are for 2 different types of aficionados ;) I'm more into Apollo LE but still looking forward to seeing this new one ! my AD said April for Bond LE and June for Apollo 13 50th. He will know more by the end of this month

I was at my local OB yesterday picking up my Apollo 11 50th, when the manager surprisingly offered to show me a photo of the new bond watch from his phone. The photo appeared to be taken off a computer screen and was therefore a little fuzzy.

The watch is basically the current ceramic SM300 in black, and the dial has the spiral design as in the photo below. Indices and hands are in yellow gold. The photo showed the watch mounted on a black rubber strap, but was told that a metal bracelet is also included (possibly the mesh bracelet). Limited to 7007 pieces and priced at approximately US$6,500.

    Borrowed photo for illustration purposes.

The dial had the "bullet spiral" design instead of the waves.
