Yes, you can clearly see an actual step in the shape of the dial. The shadow is the easiest way to see it, I think.
So should i ask the seller to cancel my order ? He didnt ship it yet and the description said all parts are original..

As I said, I am just using my eyes, and I am definitely no Constellation expert, so you shouldn't take drastic actions based on my amateur opinion.

Yup, I agree, no actual step on that dial. Perhaps there are both true 12-sided and faux 12-sided dials in this reference.

Stepping away from the dial discussion, It is your call on the watch, but with it missing the regulator screw, the claim of a recent service is questionable. If it was serviced then it was serviced poorly. I would be concerned. If it were me, and canceling the order was an option, I would give it serious thought.
