Help! is this Constellation legit?

I´m about to aquire this Constellation from the 70´s, but i´m worried about the typography (Constellation) on the dial.

This model is not particularly desirable even in good condition. With the condition of that dial, it becomes virtually worthless IMO. Just parts.

I couldn't find a dial that is laid out like that one. Usually automatic is at the top, and chronometer officially certified is at the bottom
So very poor redial. Next question is why? Was the watch damaged and rebuilt? No need to find out, just find another.
I did notice that people are asking relatively big bucks for these references on ebay which is surprising. Of course asking isn't necessarily getting.
