·The case is real. It’s a (heavily polished) 166.0211.
As you mentioned yourself, the bracelet in non-Omega (except for the clasp, although I think it’s a fake clasp). And, I’m sorry to say, it’s a redial. I hope you didn’t pay too much.

·clasp is weird. I have never seen one with Omega spelled out on it, usually it is just the Omega logo. I believe the clasp is a fake. Any pics of the movement?
