Is this Constellation legit?

Hi all,

I've been looking for a Constellation Jumbo and came across this on Chrono24. Is this legit? What sort of things should i look out for before contacting the buyer? I'm looking for a 1963 year (Father) and this type of piece.

Btw, IMO the dial has been repainted. All the scripts looks wrong. It should be like this

Eric has many nice pieces and he services those watches himself. The quality IMO is out of question but I could not afford the price
