Hi everyone, I was gifted this by an older relative. Are there any obvious signs you can see that it is real or fake? Sorry I'm pretty ignorant about this. Thanks for your help!

More pictures would help but you would many pictures on the internet of the model you have.

I've never seen a Manhattan with a see through caseback.
And looking at your other photo here
I've never see an Omega movement with a shitty rotor screw like that.
I have seen those rotor screws on Chinese fake movements though.

Ouch yes, sharpie Omega on the back.

the rotor looks like it’s from something like a seagull with that level of finishing. Very hard pass….
