Okay, the one with the more "pointy" end to the top of the clasp, the polished version (as pictured) are more blunt and rounded and only come polished from what I've found.
Surely it makes more sense just to either brush or polish the same clasp, I can't see different clasps made for each finish.
Here's a couple of photos of my titanium clasp and I doubt it's a different shape to it's steel counterparts.
But they don't, the new clasp has been changed slightly, see above.
They made the new style with a point for looks and beefed up the dimensions ever so slightly. Its essentially the same clasp.
I know, that's what I said, it was different and has different dimensions. You were comparing the one I posted to the new style and they're not the same. I'd like to see it compared next to the style it represents.
But you said the older style rounded version is only available in the polished finish.
My point was the finish.... new.... old...... omega wouldnt let it leave with a shitty finish. You're paying for that quality. So either it's fake or the pictures depict it wrong. You probably won't find any "clasp experts" rather just people like us who can do some comparison. Find someone with the old style and compare those.
Its either so much it's worth just buying a new one from omega or it's so low that the fact it still has plastic on it and it's new doesn't make sense to sell that low. Am I close?

Hard to "consider the source" when you've given zero details. Heres a website to check out. Same pictures..... literally the same exact pictures but this one is sold. So why is the one you are interested in using the same pictures. That's kinda sketchy alone. So if it's a private sale then the seller stole someone else's pictures or they are selling numerous clasps which also raises some concerns. Mainly I'd ask why someone has multiple old style clasps that have never been used before.
So he bought a few to sell and hes selling them for way below everyone else? Not the best financial strategy.
You're all over the place. You said you didnt buy some and now you did buy some. The last clasp thread you said you got a smoking deal on one and then came back a post or two later and said you know it's fake but you'll see how it turns out..... I'm so very lost.
