speedmaster with 1563/850 clasp : are there other model straps and clasps that will fit

hi everyone,
i have 1999 speedmaster chronograph 38mm with 18mm strap. ther strap has always been an issue with either the small screw in clasp coming out or breaking and the pins in the strap wearing and also coming out. are there anyother model straps which would fit the watch, ive aslo seen straps 1562/850 and they look identical but there must bea difference.

would really appreciate all your expert help out there.
