Why, modern watch buyers want wearability, they don't want their precious watch crystals to get scratched up so the 3861 will be a modern watch and not a nod to the past.
If and it's a big 'IF' Omega keeps the 1861 model then that will be the Hesalite version, but my gut feeling is that it will be dropped as I believe that Omega is aiming to have all watches METAS accredited.
My thoughts anyway.
