I really like the presidential like bracelet from the new ATs (Shades, etc..)..... I see the new 41mm AT has a 20mm lug width....wonder if that bracelet fits the 3861 Speedy.....if so, would like to get it....

You can try Forstner or UncleStraps for a similar design.

Most likely not.
Hope somebody has the new AT w/this bracelet and a 3861 and tries it just so the community can get a confirmation if the fitment is compatible....

I tried and it fits with no play or wiggle.

But not perfectly. The end-link does not sit on the right height with the lugs, which looks a bit odd. I also don’t think this rounded link style bracelet suits the SpeedMaster Style.

Butterfly-clasp is inferior too.

May I suggest this:

thanks, I got both the Uncle Seiko 1450 and the Forstner 1450.......I agree with you that the butterfly clasp is inferior.....mind posting a pic of your Speedy with the AR bracelet.....

Hello Lu,

I don't own any SeaMaster, nor their bracelet.

Once, I had the same thought as you, and my local OB was kind enough to entertain my experience 😋

How about a pic of my White Speedmaster on the Speedmaster Pilot all brushed-finished Flat Link?

Have a wonderful day!

You haven't seen the fit of 840 endlink on 1861 case, have you? 😀 and that was an official combination released by Omega 😀

Gotcha.....that was cool of the OB to entertain the thought if the AT's bracelet would fit the moonwatch.....kinda shocked that they tried......

let me tell you, those white dial Speedys are amazing.....if that was available back when I bought my 3861 sandwich, most likely I would've gotten one....

I have a very good relationship with 3 Obs. 1 in Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. 1 in Collins Street Melbourne and lastly the HoChiMinh one in Vietnam….

Having purchased 4 precious metal Speedmasters from them all… maybe that's why they can not say no to my request.

But honestly, they are having fun too. It's a chance for their staff to learn how to cross-sell extra bracelets with watch purchases.

Or just get the 1171/1 reissue from Omega.
