Max's track re join looked clumsy, but the penalty fair. Seb's overtake on the other hand looked lacking in race craft. Seb's fast but if he needs to battle he so often looses out and comes off worse, looking like he has placed his car badly. Max's race craft is second to none, he cuts through the peloton like a knife through butter. Would love to see Lewis and Max on more even terms in some wheel to wheel action.

I acknowledge this happens but I do feel like this is bad for the sport. Should not be this way.

Agree, but there is also something to be said that holding back a faster car also compromises your race as well.

EDIT: Because I can't spell compromise.

True. It does reduce lap times to defend a position. If the guy behind you is not viewed as a competitor...

Agree 100%, I too would just let them go, but letting a Mercedes go and then holding a Ferrari back doesn't seem like the way the sport should be

George Russell is going to be driving for Williams next year. I wonder if Toto and Mercedes are giving any discounts on the PU or providing Williams any financial support. If not then I really applaud Williams for wanting to be taken seriously as a constructor and not just take pay drivers.

How about an over/under on Raikenon (I just realised I've never written his name and can't think how to spell it) coming together with Hamilton on the first corner?

Rai has the softer tyres and the shorter straight line, even from 2nd place on the grid. If Hamilton tries to cover that line to the first corner, Ferrari may not be too upset by a little accident ... not that I would imply they've thought about that. I mean, who would ever do such a thing? Senna? Prost? Schumacher? Hunt?

I think he would love a win though. That 2nd position is ideal for the dive up the inside. I don’t think lLewis would be stupid enough to crash. And it would be up to him not to give up the space.

Not replayed, but Vettal always tries to take his line even though there is a car there. Then spins. Bad race craft in my opinion

I know this USGP is far over but honestly mistakes after mistakes can u imagine VET as the champion of this year.... I can not.
