I found an old tube of Polywatch last night so I gave this a couple of goes. It still needs more rubbin' but it's keeing near perfect time and, despite the small size, it's very legible. For anyone wondering, I have 8 inch wrists and it's a Waltham A11 circa 1942. Issued watch that found its way to living in the UK (wouldn't be at all surprised if a GI swapped his watch for something like a Luger with a Tommy - the Brits had captured guns confiscated while watches and the like they could keep).

It's been all Longines 30L all week. Sunday-go-to-meeting watch for a new week too.

Park district was throwing these away. Always had a soft spot for a Sunfish. Perfectly good boat just needs a cleanup and rigging. Waste not want not.

Just finished yardwork, dishes and laundry when I realized I was wearing this. Oops.
