I am still pleasantly surprised that Omega priced this Speedy so reasonably. It makes a nice alternative to the defaul monochrome offer.

Thank you. I can confirm the bracelet is gorgeous and sublime on the wrist. My only prior experience with a Speedmaster Pro on a bracelet was my 3570.50, and that bracelet wasn't my favorite. This one is dynamite 👍

I like the flat bracelet more than my two other ones.

Well I guess everything is relative but you could buy the first Gen FOIS new for less than £3K about 5 years ago. The new one is £7,500. It is hard to see that as reasonable if you have been following the prices for a few years. Nevertheless I bought one and don't regret it.

You are right, but we have to be reasonable and consider the current economic reality. I also remember the prices of Speedies around 3k. But considering that a saphire sandwich now retails for 7.6k CHF, then I am happy to see the price of the FOIS is comparable. Unlike the new Flightmaster.
