I tend to agree for higher-performance cars, but there aren't a good size of anything but the PS2 for my S2000, and I've found that the Toyo Proxes T1-Rs that were on it when I bought it are pretty fun.... Decent in the wet too. So it's kind of blurred the lines there a bit
If you drive in snow I highly recommend the Michelin Ice series. They were on my car when I bought it from a VW dealer...even though it is a Ford. I think they had no knowledge of what this car is because it's the highest available trim level with the biggest engine that was available for the model year and had every option except a moon roof and park assist. I made an out-the-door offer and they just took it. Couldn't believe it. Anyway, the tires lasted me two summers and two winters with a lot of miles and you really shouldn't even drive them in the warm months. But they took it all. Great tire!

I like Apple and VW/Audi/Porsche.
Also fond of Cole Haan shoes and J Crew shirts.
Otherwise, nah.
Cole Haan is ringing a bell. I was with some Air Force security guys last summer and they wear plain clothes while escorting their assignment. They all wore Cole Haan dress shoes for the superior sole and comfort. They need to be able to run in them and apparently they can!

Porsche, Toyota/Lexus, Alden, Red Wing, Filson, Apple, Yeti. Not that I have never had issues with most of those companies in some way, but more often than not if I'm looking for a product in each of their respective spaces, that's what I'll buy.
Edit: Also Patagonia and Weber (although my big Green Egg is the grill I use most now).

I used to love Cole Haan, but I felt like they were wearing out too quickly and the colorfastness (that's a word!) wasn't holding - belts were bleeding on my clothes & car seat. I switched to Johnson & Murphy, which I felt had better cushioning and support, but then I ran into a batch where the soles were coming unglued. Can't win! Fortunately, my work attire is now suitable for Adidas and Reebok.

I'm with you there. The wife and myself are from N.H. but we are loyal AP holders and go any time cheap flights show up. Went three times last year and that was a slow year.

Previously I had said Subaru. After a terrible recent experience with two different dealers....I may love the car but I despise their service.
