Nothing run-of-the-mill about your 168.005, as the "Dog Leg" lug has come to define the Era of Constellations and has become iconic.
It's lovely!!

You took the words right out of my mouth...馃憤

We're a happy family, even with the replacement crown. I'll find an original at some point.

Gorgeous Connie

Dial started off as silver so it has some patina. 馃榾

Here's the unpatinated version...

Should be! I wonder how close the serials are.

Ref. 368.0845 with integrated bracelet:

Looks like it does have the 18K bezel.
No tritium on this example.

Still has almost all of the brushed finish on top.

Back from the watchmaker with new Omega crown. Off 6 seconds for the whole week.

Probably not the popularly held opinion on Omega Forum in more recent times but I like the 1950s-1950s Constellations better than than I do Speedmasters. This thread's a treat!

Constellations and Speedmasters are completely different animals and I like both, but my Forum name says it all!
Constellations of the 50s and 60s come from an Era at which Omega was at it's prime. Showing many other watch companies how to make elegant chronometers that were the epitome of quality, class and design excellence.
