Nice Lip!
What is the second stem for? The R17 I have seen did not have one.

I don't know if I've posted this one before but whatever. It's a very nice dial.

I blame it on the autoconnect.

Hi and thanks for the nice comment 😉
The crown at 2 has nothing to do with the movement, it's only to adjust the internal bezel.

One of my wishlist ticked.....168.005 Constellation dog leg lugs with Pie-Pan Black dial(before it got the STS treatment).
Problem is, I now want another.

1) Glossy black dial + gilt writing on Titus Calypsomatic ref. 7085 circa 1965

2) Glossy black dial + silver writing on Lip Nautic manual winding circa 1966

I realized I haven't posted this one in this thread yet, and this picture shows the kind of shimmering I have to deal with. I like how the applied furniture appears to float on the dial.

Hi.
Here is my black faced Omega, not yet serviced or cleaned and in need of a crystal ( not done due to long term illness ).
For those of you with sharp eyes yes I do wear my wrist watches on the inside of my wrist.
This came about when I started work in a furniture shop.
Sometimes I had to go out on the van and I was forever knocking off or cracking the crystal in door ways so I wore it on the inside of my wrist and always have.
Best Wishes To All.
Joe.

Rough shape, needs to get to a watchmaker at some point.

I never followed up here. After a visit to our good friend Archer....
