I was looking around the forum for a thread focused on Omegas with Orange Seconds Hand but could not seem to find one. So here goes....

I love my 145.007 jumbo... basically identical inner dial configuration to your .010 but with an outer pulsations bezel.

Omega 145.005 Seamaster reverse panda chronograph.
Sold on September 24, 1968 to the USA.

Currently in sothebys cologne auction.
