Hour / minute hands are very wrong, I believe. Does the lack of a red '31' mean anything? Moonface looks good, yes? Any issues you see...? There's a thread for UGs on eBay https://omegaforums.net/threads/universal-geneve-watches-on-ebay.3584/
At least the chrono hand. Hour and minute hand seem to be painted black. The shape itself is not unknow to UG, often seen on Uni Compax. A pro is that the minute hand is perfectly aligned to the seconds scale. Not necessarily. The serial dates the watch to 1943/1945. So I usually would expect a red 31. But there are some original looking examples in Sala where the 31 is black. However, the 31 seems to be a bit thicker so it can be that the 31 is just degraded. Yes! Hand of hour counter is too short. Case is polished. Lower pusher may have lost its plating at the corners. Difficult to say with the pics. What happened to the top left lug seen from the back? Pics are always blurry there... really?
The inking of the hour recorder dial looks both too heavy and slightly off centre towards 10 o'clock, and "try-compax" is heavier than the UG logo -- older redial?
Looks good enough for me from the front (apart from the hands, obvs) but the back frightens me. The case looks to me like it has been in a car accident and I fear what the watchmaker is going to say about the movement.
