Hello ! I haven't been reading the whole thread, but got sent a link to it! I just wanted to say it is a delight to see O'Malley being dragged and whimper on a livestream as I write. I am the French girl from the infamous French girl video and I wanted to confirm it to you: O'Malley has issues and is a sad character; in the few things I read and listened to here, he used the same arguments (often the same exact words) to try to intimidate me. I have an ongoing case against him but indeed, the Italian legal system is very very slow. I am sorry you got robbed and it is very satisfying to see you all uniting against him !
I don't really follow his channel other than his one video about the Speedmaster sharp edge but what's the backstory behind this?

met him in Venice on a party night as I was living there, had a few drinks and a lunch with him in the following months thinking he was a bit of a loser but a friendly one, so I accepted to do this video with him which was not to my liking but whatever. Later he asks me to make another one, I politely refuse, he starts getting angry and tries to intimidate me referring as my past as a sex worker, threatens to out me to the world, then it escalated to the point where he did out me, posted my full name, address, and all kind of harassment and defamatory content. I'm wondering why he used the same techniques with me when there was nothing for him to win: I was simply asking him to not link my full name to his trashy content. I think he truly feels like the victim in any of these situations.

Can’t believe this guy is still waffling on with the same drivel an hour and a half later. Unbelievable.

And yes, unless you’re Evil Knievel, you remember when you break your arm.

The nonsense about his bank account is just ridiculous, as is making it sound like posting something from Italy is a task akin in difficulty to Frodo disposing of the ring in Mordor.

All the usual I’m just too good of a person nonsense, no good deed goes unpunished is even the title of his stream, predicted that word for word about 6 hours ago.

The only way he is held legally accountable would be if he has acknowledged in writing or on camera that he has property that belongs to another.

He did exactly that in another video that was posted to this thread.

This livestream is an absolute disaster. And a self-immolation. And to think that this all started from a post here yesterday!

I'm sorry you had to go through that. I'm glad I never really supported his youtube channel other than watching his stupid Speedmaster video.

That made me laugh a little too hard.

It all starts with one gentleman being brave enough to stand up say something even when it seems like a David vs Goliath type situation that he’ll be hard pressed to win. Bogart played that type of character many times so I’m sure he’d have been proud.

If it's the case that we want to get this guy shut down, we have two potential courses of action:

1. Continue Posting on This Thread, and Others.
Making the thread longer, with more mentions of the "Timeless Watch Channel" will help with threads exposing his behavior winning SEO and showing up higher in search results.

2. Mass Report The Timeless Watch Channel's Instagram and Youtube Videos
It's quite clear that this theft is not an isolated incident. Likely, the only way to Oisin from continuing to thieve from unsuspecting followers is to get his social media shut down, as this appears to be how every victim has made the connection with him.
On Instagram
- Go to Report => Report Account => It's posting content that shouldn't be in Instagram => "Scam or Fraud"

EDIT: Both the channel and individual videos can be reported, demonetized, and removed.
For individual videos, you can do the following:
- Make sure to pause the video once you open it so that Youtube recognizes you're not watching it.
- Report (typically hidden under the three dots above the subscribe button if on desktop) => Hateful or Abusive Content => Abusing Vulnerable Individuals.
- From what I understand, once we reach a certain number of reports, the video will be flagged for review by Youtube. When any channel gets three strikes for violating community guidelines, it is removed. Violation of community guidelines on their own can force a video to be demonetized.
EDIT: For the channel as a whole:
- Go to the 'About' Section of the channel, and select a reason.
- You do not have to select individual videos at this stage, so you can press the 'next' button.
- If you'd like to add additional notes, you can drop in the link for this thread, etc.

While it is the case that we do not want to give him views, de-platforming The Timeless Watch Channel will likely prevent more people from becoming victims, and cutting off a revenue stream will likely add to the gravity of the situation. It seems Oisin thinks we're just a small forum without much ability to do anything, and that by live-streaming once or twice he can dismiss everything to his broader follower base. We can show him this is patently untrue.

On Youtube, things are a little bit more tricky, as we cannot report the channel as a whole. We have to report individual videos. However, this will have the effect of getting the videos demonetized, if not deleted completely.

You can report a YouTube user in "About".

Can you imagine you're this 45 year old grown up who scams people and then goes on a youtube live stream and just rants on and on. Honestly, take a step back and look at what you're doing with your life. All this drama, for what?

Mindblowing to say the least.

That's weird I don't have that report tab on mine, maybe needs to be via desktop pc.

I love how this guys channel is all about the perception of wealth and a lavish lifestyle; yet, he was regularly swatting bugs away from his head while filming in less than a shoebox size of a kitchen all while shamelessly bragging about how expensive and vast his Rolex collection is.

I didn't have the stomach to watch it until the end, but unless he pulled a rabbit out of his hat after the Gruen segment ended, he never showed the watch. Yet he did show the (contested) Seikos in the previous segment.

Now, if the Gruen were still in his possession, what possible reason could there have been for him not to show it, given that it would have been an important piece of supporting evidence? That's a rhetorical question.

…and there are allegations he hasn’t (maybe can’t) pay his rent in the shoebox sized kitchen in both NY and Italy.

A weird situation. Who is telling the truth here? YT can resemble a kindergarten at times but it makes for compelling viewing for the rest of us!! 🍿

Take a wild guess.

The answer is not "Oisin."

But is he telling the truth when this Rolex deal was done and the guys wouldn't transfer the money to him? Is it true that this "Ratso" guy does this with other people? Does deals and holds off transferring the money? What are the actual facts here? Is "Nico" this 'Ratso" guy?

It's hard to keep up here.
It’s just a pile of nonsense to deflect responsibility, I’d recommend going back through the thread and reading the texts and watching the video.

good for you pursuing this matter in the legal system and for the persistence it takes to see it through; and to all the victims for their courage in coming forward. I have no doubt we are in the final days of this scammer getting away with this crap thanks to you all.

I can't believe this dude made a 2 hour pity party video thinking that it was going to change anybody's mind. There are screenshots of the texts. This only became a something because someone finally came forward. There are probably WAY more victims out there.
