Dry and wet ingredients ready:
Loaf pan is oiled, then sprinkled with a cinnamon and sugar mix:
Dry and wet mixed, then poured into the pan, and more cinnamon and sugar mix on top:
Bake for little over an hour (until a paring knife comes out clean) then let cool and remove from pan:
Quite moist with a nice crumb that doesn't crumble too easily, and the crispy topping is wonderful:
Ideal with a nice espresso in the afternoon for a little pick me up:
Something to enjoy in moderation certainly, but very tasty.
