Thought I would revive this thread with a cinnamon loaf...

Dry and wet ingredients ready:

Loaf pan is oiled, then sprinkled with a cinnamon and sugar mix:

Dry and wet mixed, then poured into the pan, and more cinnamon and sugar mix on top:

Bake for little over an hour (until a paring knife comes out clean) then let cool and remove from pan:

Quite moist with a nice crumb that doesn't crumble too easily, and the crispy topping is wonderful:

Ideal with a nice espresso in the afternoon for a little pick me up:

Something to enjoy in moderation certainly, but very tasty.

Cheers, Al

I really like the way @Archer shows his work, I never think about it until the process is finished so final product will have to suffice.
A nice loaf of “no-knead” bread. Longer, slow controlled rise of the dough becomes a beautiful loaf with great crumb. Takes a lot longer but it is so easy, the slow rise does most of the work.

Wow those leaves are beautiful and I'm sure they just didn't fall off a tree. Tell the Mrs. Great Job 👍

Does pizza count?
According to my bathroom scale it does. Post 'em if you bake 'em!

I started baking bread about two years ago. I love it and it’s been a great amount of fun learning to be a better baker. I bake these Sunday morning. Light rye with caraway seeds.
