For grumpy old men like myself, there's only one " Ed White " Speedmaster ... the 105.003-63 ...
Mine watch is 887 00 191. Did they really started from 887 00 001 with the 321 Caliber?
My best guess is yes. Look at the Pt. 321 from @Robert-Jan 's article - the SN on that one's 88700017. The very first 321 presented to the press had a real odd SN but then again, it wasn't in a watch and with Omega the SN of the watch is also that of the movement.
...The platinum 321 began selling a year prior to the SS 321. So, the numbering of Robert Jan’s watch, for example, doesn’t really tell us much about sequence - and it definitely suggests Omega did not start at 887..001. There were surely far more than 16 platinum 321ms sold prior to Robert’s watch delivered in July of 2020.
Might have to borrow this as my new lock screen on the phone...can you list the references from top to bottom for my curiosity??
Very nice review and writting! Thanks for sharing!
Love this review, love the great pictures - this just sent me on another trip of slowly savoring each aspect of my watch all over again 😀
Great review and pictures. It looks beautiful
Simply the best pictures of the EW321 that I’ve come across. So crisp. I keep coming back to this thread for the review and pics even though I can just look at the real thing on my wrist. It’s something about the composition of light and subject that @Travelller does just right. Bravo!
