Yea 110woman!

Best "inquiry" thread ever!

Your kindness shown toward your husband as well as your authentic enthusiasm as you've exhibited in this thread is heartwarming. You contributed greatly in bringing out the best out of Forum members. Thank you for joining and for your participation. We appreciate your nice photos too!

Omega bumper wind watches are the perfect gift for husbands born in May and I ought to know. I admire the post-war Omega bumper automatics, I'm a husband, and I was born in May.

See? You can't miss!

So just collating some of the before photos I took , the photos Mitka took during servicing and the after photos, as well as some of the bits of information and articles provided by yourselves.

I'm going to get it all made into a small A5 photo book to give him with the watch as he will be so into the background of the watch and the journey its been on in its renovation.

Will show you when its printed

So I'm sure you're all sick to the backteeth of people joining the forum and asking the same questions time and time again...
There's not a single member of this forum that would ever get sick of introductory posts such as yours! Wonderful thread to read through, hope the surprise makes your husband as happy as every member here assumes it will! 😁

Very nice. I lover bumper movements. If not worn every day. He just has to give the watch a few winds to get it started. Set the time and wear it. Watch winder as you mentioned earlier is not needed
