Well he sold this watch with a supposedly original dial (look at the star)

Guys like this are parsing words with a razor blade. Original dial in their parlance means just the dial, not the paint that goes on the dial!
After a cursory view, this looks like an honest and decent hidden crown 168.010:

Don't know if the price is good or not because it seems pie pans have skyrocketed while I was on sabbatical.
Someone will pay the price, which does seem inline with recent trends, but this one has major rotor wear and will need a service. Considering how often connies show up in the worst redials thread, it's probably still ok with the redial cost added in.
I don't understand what you mean about the "redial cost". This dial looks good to me. The hands are a bit short so they might be replacements, however an image search for this reference shows several other pie pans with slightly short hands so it's difficult to be sure.
