I am based in Europe, so this was a bit early for me!
In any case, thanks @dsio for maintaining this thread. I haven’t bought anything from here (yet) but find this extremely useful and informative for doing further research on some references. So thanks for taking the time and sharing info.

If not its two 2853 deluxe sitting for sale here on the forum for roughly that kind of money but in worse condition.

I wouldn’t necessarily use the auction results from this seller as a benchmark or reference point for pricing. He regularly has some very nice pieces for sale but has been flagged in the past for shill bidding. I’ve noticed it with a couple of watches I was following that sell at auction only to be offered later at a higher price on his IG page. I wouldn’t be surprised if the winning bid or second highest bid is from a bidder with a bidding history similar to that of the current second highest bidder.

·What’s a reasonable price range for one of these in the current market?
The deluxe models with the mirror dial are pretty rare, especially in the sort of condition as presented in the ebay listing. I think hejsam is correct-ish that the price will be $4000 - $4500. I think this one could easily hit $4800+.

·Yes, @dsio and @theluckyluke, I bought it. Thanks Ash for sharing this one (and all the others!) -- I have been wanting one of these for a little while especially after seeing a bunch at last year's Mid Atlantic G2G! Definitely going to enjoy this one and will be keeping an eye out for 7-row BoR.
