It should be dot over 90 for a SW, but the bezel is disproportionately valuable compared to the rest of the watch at current market prices which is why I’d actually be keen on this one given it should be priced lower accordingly, the rest of the watch means far more to me than the DON bezel on one of these.

Its actually not meant to be a DoN for a Straight Writing. Only the early-mid pre-moon casebacks had the dot over ninety, with later pre-moon and all straight writing case backs having the B2 DNN/DN70 bezel so this one is correct.

You are correct, I was confusing it with the earlier -69 and when I checked speedmaster101 to verify that there’s actually a typo on there saying it should be DO90 but yea it’s too late for DO90

Superb example
I don’t post vintage Speedmasters often but these are a bit of a soft-spot, 145.022-69 straight writing flight qualified variant, replacement bezel which lowers the price considerably, but I’d actually be ok with that if the price was right and the condition of the rest of the watch was correct and decent, correct serial range and decent case and bracelet.

Near NOS perfect condition Seamaster De Ville going no reserve with box, this is a presentation watch that has no engraving, metal unknown but most likely 14K gold. It won’t go cheap due to the condition and how razor sharp that case is.

What price range would you expect this to go for? I am less familiar with the vintage SeaMaster version of the Deville. Looks nice!

The bracelet and end links alone are worth at least $1k. I think that watch will clean up very nicely. 30 day return policy too, so there wasn't really much risk.

Constellation semi-hidden crown in steel on BoR bracelet for $650 buy it now, someone will jump on it, great deal

https://www.ebay.com/itm/404757868484

Seller has now bumped the buy it now up to $715 from 650 but still a very good deal someone should just buy, take appropriate precautions and use credit card to ensure you’re protected as its a 0 feedback seller but I’d give it a shot

Thanks for this, I bought it for USD 650 buy-it-now.
It does not have a photo of the movement which is a bit risky, but the dial seems pretty clean (on these photos), case also looks good and I guess the bracelet itself has around USD 150 value.
Will post pics once it arrives.

This one goes off tomorrow, currently at $800 but it will go for well over $1k for sure

Guilty 😁
Will post it when it arrives. If it makes you feel better, I had an automated offer in that was way higher still, so it would have taken a lot more than 100 usd to go over that bid.

I wonder what price it would have achieved without all the posts on this thread!? I placed a few bids myself.

I for one did not know it was posted here - found that out half an hour ago. People looking for vintage Speedy would have known about the listing. Anyway, always regretted selling my 69er so this should make up for lost time 😎

It’s paid and on its way so should be able to update soon.
