Mayfair is in Westminster, but I can't work out a reference to My Fair Lady unless Westminster Abbey is known as the Mayfair Lady. If that's the case then the answer is:

London Bridge is falling down, my fair (Mayfair) lady.

If not ...I'm still befuddled.
