Forgive the clues which some may feel a bit vague. But draw on your resources and give it a fair attempt.

The Dominion of Canada is formed
Perfect.
The honour of Canada has been upheld.

Maybe shoulda oughtta have allowed someone else to take a crack at that. But I waffled a bit, because I thought it was up to a Canuck to answer it, as a matter of national pride.

You see it, you say it. Thems the rules 😀

Now this is something of a tricky one. But I am going to have a best shot.

Eagle/halve/walking liberty/coin

Solar Exoplanet/earth/planet/Tess/earth2/solar system

Charlotte Flair

Possible answer: Liberty Solar Flare

LIBERTY SOLAR FLARE (Eagle Coin, 1 Oz Silver, 24K gold gilded. Issue date: 2016)

What say Canada? 😁 Can I raise the Aussie flag over this one? 😀

Not quite, yet. I am adding a clue. The OTHER side of the U S half dollar. It was not fair (clue) of me to show the other side. I’ll say no more.

@blubarb ,

I have replaced that previous clue (walking liberty) with the same image. BUT, the clue you will need to answer this rebus is circled in this replacement image. (You are right on the third clue, but she doesn’t spell the name FLARE. Same pronunciation different spelling. Only her name is part of the rebus.) You are FAIRly close!

Without this last nudge/clue, I would have never come to this...

I was hoping that one would prove to be a bit harder, so well done @Canuck , top of the class.

If you had used a picture of actor GEORGE RAFT, rather than an actual raft, you’da beat me! Good rebus.

In the news. Bon voyage. You’ll need the names of the two chaps to figure this one out.

@TasMike ,

I was thinking I might make this rebus about Amazon founder, Jeff Bizos, who also has a space trip planned. But I was having difficulty including the name Bizos in the clues. So Branson was the logical second choice. Well done!

A two clue rebus. Name the statesman, who was he, his name, his title, the breed of dog, dog’s name, and why he was famous. The first clue helps you determine who the statesman was.
