Bingo! The Ghanaian Line was my mistake. His name was Gandhi. But you got it anyway. Well done! The rail line is GHAN, NOT GANDHI. My error.

Now this is going to be a tricky one.

Door handle /lock/key hole = Handel
Jerusalem Israel/dome/brass/flag = Israel.
Golf ball/ cup/ball in = in
Pyramid/Gize/Memphis/Egypt =. Egypt

Less known Handel composition: Israel in Egypt

Answer: Handel's Israel in Egypt

As for signifcance, I read this on the interwebby:
